Matteo has worked in the field of sustainable development since 1999. He has developed several simulation models for national, regional, and global sustainable development planning, and has collaborated with governmental and international institutions in the preparation of long-term planning strategies. He also teaches at the University of Bergen and other MI’s partner universities, and has led training programs for development professionals in many countries. Matteo has published in various fields, including integrated planning, epidemiology, agriculture, income distribution, migration, simulation and gaming techniques, software engineering, and others. He holds a PhD and a Masters in System Dynamics from the University of Bergen.
